Mel Johnson is an inter-media artist working in performance, photography, installation, painting and printmaking. Johnson's work focuses on the semiotics of behavior, gesture, and social conditioning.
Teaching efforts focus around semiotics, art and photographic theory, and both digital and analog photography.
