Theater Outsource is a staffing firm that serves to match amazing live events and theatrical production talent with our amazing clients that operate in numerous areas of the entertainment space. We work with candidates across the country to connect them with stage rigging, lighting technician, audio/visual technician, project management, sales manager roles, and several others.
Looking for a strong candidate to provide leadership across all aspects of sales, operations, and management. This role is responsible for the efficiency of its operations and the profitability of the location. The ideal candidate will ensure brad standard operating procedures and policies.
The ideal candidate will:
· Collaborate new business opportunities in local markets for all current and new customers.
· Supervise, lead, and direct all account managers, sales staff, and support staff.
· Actively assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and resolving problems with all staff members.
· Motivate and develop a strong sales environment to drive business goals.
· Communicate in a positive, informative, and professional manner.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience in managing various types of teams.
· Proven track record of operating and leading a business in all aspects.
· Motivated and can execute a strategic direction and influence others in a positive manner.
