Must have theatrical experience or worked live events in the rental and production space. Looking for a strong candidate to provide leadership across all aspects of sales, operations, and management. This role is responsible for the efficiency of its operations and the profitability of the location. The ideal candidate will ensure brad standard operating procedures and policies.

The Account Executive is responsible for both developing new business within their given territory and servicing existing customers through a consultative sales approach. Success is measured by end results and profitable conclusions for both the company and the salesperson.

Develop, maintain and transform leads of potential business into qualified opportunities

Complete requirements analysis, product demonstrations and other preemptive actions to support opportunity development

Cold calling as needed

Deliver requirements analysis and project details to project managers or system designers to support proposal creation

Write, revise and deliver proposals to current or prospective customers

Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers' representatives in the territory and routinely work with them to bring projects to market as the dealer/distributor

Set strategy and execution for all division 11 and division 26 (construction) bid opportunities

Create, sustain and convert lists of potential leads and customers in various market segments

Participate in phone calls, in-person meetings, web conferences and other activities to introduce clients to the company

Maintain a channel of current openings and make routine follow-up connections

Lead the closing process to deliver well prepared orders to company project managers

Participate in post-sale requirements, at the request of project managers, to maintain good relationships with clients

Complete timely weekly/monthly reporting including trip reports, expense reports and other requirements as assigned and within company policies

Participate in weekly sales meetings and take part in the challenge discussion workflow

Review lost orders to establish origin and opportunities learned
